Kate's new favorite past time is making forts. She makes forts downstairs, up stairs and everywhere in between. My linen closet is in ruins lately, and my poor couch cushions are begging for mercy.
Here is her room currently. There she is sleeping on her bed. She is a hot body and prefers to sleep with nothing on laying in front of the box fan.

Here is a shot showing the roof of her fort. She thought it up all by herself. She also gets hacked at me when ever I need to change a diaper or put Ty in his crib because Im a meany and pull the sheet out of the crib. The first time I walked in she had push pins pushed through the sheet and into his mattress holding the sheet up. She gets props for finding a way to keep the roof up, but loses points for putting multiple sharp chokeable objects into her brothers crib.

forts are the best! waht kid doesn't like them? my girls love to make forts in their rooms and in the family room and pretty much anywhere they can put one up!
She must be my g-daughter! I adored making forts, indoors and out!
