Zoo, zoo, zooooooooo

Last week we decided to make a trip to the Zoo, its been over a month since we have gone and I was missing my zoo animal friends (<most pathetic sentence ever)

Actually we had the day off school and I was worried that I would eat my young if we were trapped at home all day together. So off we went.

Now there is a secret to a successful trip to the zoo. You need to go on a brisk and wet day. Not the most fun for people, but it pretty much guarantees that the animals will be out and about. We even saw the bears walking around. I totally thought they would be tucked in for a long winters nap, but there they were doing their bear thing.
