and he has been for about three weeks. *sadface* lol
Ive been meaning to edit his birthday pictures and make a fantanbulous blog, but apparently that isnt going to happen this year. So instead I am posting SOOTC pictures.
We had two “parties” for him. On his actual birthday (Jan 15th) we went to Papa’s Pizza and opened the presents from mom and dad and Grandma and Grandpa Bake. Then the following week we had My parents, My sister Lori and her family, and Aunt Erin come over for cake and presents.
For being a kid who is nearly identical to his brother (we have strangers comment on it lol) He is definitely his own little person. First of all, he is LOUD. I think he makes more noise than my other kids put together. Everything is full volume for him. He is probably my naughtiest kid right now too. I think I let him get away with too much because he was my baby, and now its biting me in the *ahem*.
But we are working on not talking back and not screaming “No!” at mom. So warning if you are ever in a car with him, You will want ear plugs because no matter how you ask him to quiet down, it probably wont happen. Defiant is definitely a word that describes him right now (I dont know where he got that from *whistles innocently*)
He is a social creature who wants to be in the midst of everything. He is sure that he is just as big as Dylan and doesnt understand why he doesnt get to go to school, or play outside with out mommy, or have to take naps. He loves playing with the big kids, his friend across the street, and his friends at church. But he is also perfectly content to go play cars in his room alone if there isnt anyone around to play with.
He has a great little active imagination. Often I find him playing with his cars and talking as if he is his toy cars.
“yous wants to drive over there?”
“Yes, we can drive over there”
”Yous wants to go on the couch?”
”Ok, we go drive on the couch”……
He is a talking champ. Other than stuttering at the beginning of sentences while he thinks of what he is going to say, and adding S’s to the ends of words, he talks as well as the other kids. No mommy translator needed.
I desperately miss my baby Tyler. He was a wonderful baby. But big Tyler is a blast as well.

Great post, Becky. What an adorable kiddo you have.
I told Daniel this is his cousin Tyler and he shouts, "no, MY tyler!!" :)
He really is such a cutie. I always remember when he came to texas how he just emanated joy and giggles and cuteness.
