I love my new toys!

Ive been playing with my new silhouette and I LOVE IT! I still havnt gotten any vinyl for it though. That will have to wait for our next payday.

However I have cut out some fun things for around the house. 
Kate has been making her own “No boys allowed” signs for her room since we moved in. They were….um……. special looking. So I volunteered to make her one. However I was silly and let her pick out the paper. So while its not as “special” as her old ones, I’m still hoping that her brother accidentally “loves” it so that I need to make a new one lol.

Then I made CTR Badges for my class at church (Oh Joy of Joys, Im still Dylan’s teacher)  

 

My other new fun toy is my Roomba. He takes a little more supervision than I thought he would, but now that I have all the cords mostly out of his way its getting easier. I set him to work in the middle of the day when most of the kids are gone at school. He does about an 80% clean up job, but he goes places I dont sweep that often (under the couch for instance) and he does a much better job on dust bunnies and cat hair than sweeping does (since sweeping just seems to make them dance around the room)
The cat is just facinated by the roomba. When ever it is on he comes and watches it for the full hour that it runs around. Here is Tyler and MeowMeow watching him this last thursday (See how intent MeowMeow is?)
And here is a little video of it in work. Not the most scientific and methodical way to go about it. But after an hour he has gone over most of the floor at least once and most of the floor two or three times.
