exactly 6 months ago we moved the very first things into our new house. In that time I have realized how truly blessed we were to end up in the house. As cheesy as it sounds there isnt a day that goes by that I dont do a little happy dance in my head as I look around my house, and then do a mental nod of thanks to heavenly father for helping us get here. Because I know that with how everything played out, God had to have had a big hand in it.
In the six months we have….
- completely painted four rooms, and did half of the walls in two more rooms.
- We have remodeled a bathroom
- We have put up a back Gate
- we have completely gutted the front landscaping and attempted to plant grass
- We have filled at least 6 huge garden debris trash cans with just weeds from the back yard.
- Hosted Two Major Holiday Dinners
- Had two families come visit and stay with us (with out tripping over each other)
Im so happy we have found a place to plant roots. The kids have good friends, our ward is great, and I love the kids teachers.
Here is an ever growing gallery of pictures of the house. The first fifty some pictures are from our walk through before we moved in. After that is all what we have slowly done to make the house ours

I'm so happy for your house too, and hoping I get to see it in person this year. BTW, I like the blue in Andrew's room (well, assuming it's andrew's room). It's a good blue.
